Tabac backs barangays in agri, local product promotion

Councilor Marlo L. Tabac joined the official launch of the Fiesta sa Kaumahan 2026 Agro Fair and Garden Show at Gaston Park to support the barangays in promoting agriculture, creativity, local products, and community pride.

As chair of the committee on barangay affairs, Tabac is happy that the barangays are given an avenue to highlight their agricultural produce, ornamental plants, products, talents, and creative presentations while recognizing the hard work and ingenuity of their communities.

The activity, which runs from August 6 to 31, 2026, brings together various barangays to celebrate their unique agricultural and cultural contributions.

Through the Agro Fair and Garden Show, residents and visitors are encouraged to explore the displays, appreciate the efforts of participating barangays, and support their locally produced goods and community initiatives.

The public is encouraged to visit and explore the various Agro Fair and Garden Show exhibits featuring the creativity, talents, products, and hard work of different barangays. Families and friends are invited to take part in the celebration and show their support and appreciation for the efforts and achievements of each participating barangay, Tabac said on his FB page. (JAO/SP)
