SP acts on land expro for sewerage treatment plant, fish landing area project in Bonbon

THROUGH an ordinance, the 20th City Council, during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn “Bebot”

Rodriguez, approved the full payment to lot owners whose properties will be affected by the proposed sewerage plant project and fish landing area located in Barangay Bonbon.

The just compensation payments were recommended for approval by City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, the Local Finance Committee, the City Legal Office, and the City Appraisal Committee.

The ordinance also authorized Mayor Uy to sign the corresponding Deeds of Absolute Sale to be executed by the concerned lot owners and Mayor Uy.

The Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estates and on Laws and Rules chaired by Councilor Edgar Cabanlas and the Committee on Finance, Budget, and Appropriations chaired by Councilor Yan Lam Lim sponsored the separate legislations.
