Barangay 13 SK, through its Resolution No. 6, Series of 2024, has allocated ₱270,500.00 for youth development and empowerment programs focusing on health, environment, governance, education, active citizenship, social inclusion and equity, economic empowerment, and security and peacebuilding. Key activities include a bloodletting drive, cleanup initiatives, governance training, educational supplies distribution, Katipunan ng Kabataan assembly, SOGIE bill workshop, job fair orientation, and an anti-drug campaign.

The remaining budget covers personal services (₱112,524.00) and maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE) amounting to ₱67,109.00.

Similarly, Barangay 14’s SK allocated ₱255,481.00 for programs on health, education, social inclusion, active citizenship, environment, governance, and peacebuilding and security, as outlined in their Resolution No. 2025-001. Their MOOE of ₱80,000.00 will cover expenses for travel, training, office supplies, and uniforms, while ₱111,600.00 has been earmarked for honoraria.

Both SK budgets are drawn from their barangay’s 10% development fund as mandated by Republic Act 10742 or the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committee on sports and youth development, chaired by Councilor Kenneth John D. Sacala, and the committee on laws and rules, under the leadership of Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
