Liga assembly tackles barangay concerns, development initiatives

the Liga ng mga Barangay of Cagayan de Oro City had its General Assembly September 28 to discuss barangay concerns and development initiatives.

Presided by Liga ng mga Barangay President and City Councilor Marlo Tabac,  the assembly serves as a venue for barangay leaders to share their concerns, identify priority needs, and discuss possible areas of coordination in addressing issues encountered at the barangay level.

They also tackled programs and initiatives focused on improving the welfare of residents and supporting the continuing development of barangays.

The gathering further highlighted the importance of close coordination among barangay officials in responding to the needs of their constituents and in ensuring that local programs are appropriate to the conditions and priorities of each community. (JAO/SP)
