Go joins “Lab for All” medical mission

COUNCILOR Gilda O. Go, chairperson of the City Council committee on senior citizens, joined the “Lab for All” medical mission spearheaded by First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos on May 19, 2026, to promote accessible healthcare services for the community, especially senior citizens.

The initiative brought various free healthcare services closer to the public, including medical consultations, laboratory examinations, medicines, X-rays, ECGs, ultrasounds, and other essential medical services.

Go underscored the importance of bringing healthcare programs directly to communities, particularly for elderly residents who often face challenges in accessing medical services.

Also present during the activity were City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, and other members of the City Council, who expressed support for initiatives to improve public healthcare services and ensure that medical assistance reaches more residents in the city. (JAO/SP)
