Construction of subd perimeter fence in Iponan Okd

TO strengthen safety and security, the Regency Plains Subdivision Phase III in Barangay Iponan will soon construct its perimeter fence.
This, as the 21st City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, interposed no objection to the proposed fencing project.
The council’s approval, however, is subject to the condition that the construction complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the city as well as other concerned agencies.
In their letter request to the City Council, the homeowner’s association cited this initiative aims to promote community security, proper traffic flow within the subdivision, responsible use of common facilities, the installation of appropriate perimeter fencing along portions of subdivision boundaries, and the overall safety and well-being of the residents of the subdivision.
The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBD/SP)
