Cabanlas leads site inspection of proposed subdivision in Brgy Gusa

City Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate, led the ocular inspection of a proposed subdivision project in Barangay Gusa.

Joining him were representatives from the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer’s Office, and City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) to provide technical inputs and assess on-site conditions and compliance with development regulations.

During the inspection, Councilor Cabanlas, however, observed that the property is covered by an existing development permit granted to the former owner of the property; thus, he needs first to determine whether the new project was properly processed and documented. (JBD/SP)
