382 complete tech-voc training at City College

A TOTAL of 382 trainees graduated from the City College of Cagayan de Oro - Technical Skills and Technology Institute (CCDO-TSTI) during its 14th Graduation Ceremony held at the City Tourism Hall.

Representing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, Councilor Moreno “Jing” Daba IV, chairperson of the committee on education, conveyed the city government's steadfast support for technical-vocational education, emphasizing its vital role in equipping residents with practical skills, expanding employment opportunities, and contributing to the city's economic growth.

The graduates completed various TESDA-accredited programs, including Carpentry NC II, Bookkeeping NC III, Plumbing NC I, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I and NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Barangay Health Services NC II, and Housekeeping NC II. (JAO/SP)
