Public U cmte to discuss traffic concerns in Oro next week

UPDATES on the traffic situation of the city will be tackled by the City Council committee on public utilities chaired by Councilor Teodulfo E. Lao on Friday, February 2, 2018.

Councilor Lao has invited the regional director of the Land Transportation Office (LTO), City Administrator, City Legal Officer, Roads and Traffic Administrator overseer retired colonel Mario Verner Monsanto and Engr. Nonito Oclarit.

Also up for discussion is the Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) of Cagayan de Oro City, a detailed plan of the route, network, mode, and required number of units per mode for delivering public land transport services.

The LPTRP will be the basis of the city’s comprehensive local transport plan.
