Phinma application for its subdivision project OK’d

THE application of PHINMA Properties Holding Corporation for Alteration of Plan by re-blocking and resizing of lots in its Aspire Homes Highland Subdivision was approved by the 18th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy.

The subdivision project located at Barangay Lumbia was endorsed by the Cagayan de Oro City Housing Board and other City Hall offices and departments.

The City Engineering Office also endorsed the application noting that, among others, drainage outfall from overflow pipe of detention pond conforms with the general drainage layout of four CMP projects within the area.

The legislation was favorably endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Dometilo Acenas Jr. and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively. (JBD)
