VM Bebot hands equipment, supplies to hinterland schools

To support both academic and extracurricular activities of public schools, Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, through her Bebot sa Barangay program, continues to turnover projector, tent, monobloc chairs, and sports equipment to hinterland schools.

Among the schools recently supported are Malasag Elementary School and Migtugsok Mobile School in Barangay Cugman, along with Camansi Integrated School in Barangay FS Catanico.

The 590th Air Base Group of the Philippine Air Force partnered with VM Bebot by providing slippers, water drums, and trash bins.

On the other hand, the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers (IIEE) – Cagayan de Oro Chapter, under the leadership of Chapter President Engr. Roberto P. Ga Jr., pledged electrical materials to assist with infrastructure improvements within the schools.

Despite the challenges posed by the remote locations of some of these schools, Vice Mayor Bebot reiterated her commitment to ensuring that all educational institutions and barangays, regardless of location, are provided with the necessary resources.

More turnover activities are set in the coming weeks as part of the sustained implementation of the program. (SPE/SP)
