Subd comm to tackle request for land expro of lot in San Vicente, Brgy Puntod

THE City Council committee on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas is set to discuss the request of Puntod Barangay Council headed by Punong Barangay Alexis Dacer for the city to allocate funds for payment of just compensation of a property at Corrales Extension, San Vicente, District 3 of the said barangay.

It may be recalled that the residents in the area wants the private property for their access road.

Meanwhile, the committee will likewise tackle the request for payment of the property affected by the road opening from Sito Leropan to Sitio Tubalon in Barangay Pagalungan.

The City Budget Officer and City Mayor Rolando A. Uy endorsed the appropriation for payment to the lot owner. (JBDacer/SP)
