Sacala heads sports and youth committee anew

FOR the second consecutive time, SK Federation President and Ex-Officio Member Councilor Kenneth John D. Sacala has been reappointed as Chairperson of the Committee on Sports and Youth Development.

The said committee is mandated to study, investigate, and report on matters concerning the development and training of the youth for responsible leadership and civic consciousness, as well as the promotion of various youth and sports programs in the city.

Councilor Sacala expressed his deep sense of responsibility in continuing to lead the committee, saying he accepts the role not merely as a privilege but as a duty that he is committed to fulfill for the advancement of the youth and all Kagay-anons. He further emphasized that chairing the committee provides a platform to strengthen and implement his advocacy for youth development.

Councilor Roger Abaday continues to be the Vice Chairperson of the said committee with Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas, Moreno Y. Daba IV and Agapito Eriberto G. Suan as members. (SPE/SP)
