Rodriguez joins KAMI Creatives Learning and Market Exposure Mission

Councilor Jonjon Rodriguez participated in the KAMI Creatives Three-Day Creative Economy Learning, Market Exposure, and Market Sensing Mission in Metro Manila with representatives from various creative sectors, tourism offices, and partner agencies.


The delegation visited IFEX Philippines 2026 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, the Likhang Filipino Showcase at Philtrade, and the Bagong Pilipinas MSME Hub in Makati City to gain new insights, explore opportunities, and learn innovative strategies that can help strengthen the creative economy of Cagayan de Oro City and Misamis Oriental.


The learning mission served as an avenue for participants to observe emerging market trends, build networks, and discover best practices that may be adapted to support local creatives, entrepreneurs, and tourism stakeholders in the region.


Rodriguez, chairperson of the committee on consumer protection, continues to express his support for initiatives that create more opportunities for local creatives and businesses while promoting collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth for the benefit of the community. (JDO/SP)
