Recommendation of city offices for Indahag’s Usufruct Agreement request sought

THE City Council committee on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas has sought the recommendations from the Office of the City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, City Legal Office, City Planning and Development Office, and City Engineering Office on the request of the Barangay Council of Indahag headed by Hon. Marlon Bongay, Jr. for the use of the city’s property.

The barangay council is asking the committee to endorse the Usufruct Agreement between the city government and the Cagayan de Oro Police Office (COCPO) to utilize a portion of a lot covering an area of 300 square meters for the construction of the proposed Indahag Police Sub-Station.

During its recent meeting, Councilor Cabanlas said: “If they will agree, they will prepare the necessary contract for the said agreement, kay kung wala pa, dili pa ta kalihok”.

Councilors Aga Suan, George Christopher Goking, and Yan Lam Lim were also present during the meeting. (JBD/SP)
