PSDP of Northville 2 subdivision project in Brgy Lumbia Okd

ANOTHER new subdivision project will soon be developed in Barangay Lumbia.

This, as the 21^st City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Northville 2 Subdivision Project, with an area of 8,985 square meters, containing 114 lots, as applied for by the Liberty Land Corporation.

The approval of the PSDP is, however, subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO).

The ordinance was sponsored by the committees on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBD/SP)
