Proposed turnover of subdivision project in Lumbia up for discussion

The proposed turnover of the open spaces and facilities of the Westgate Highlands Phase 3 at Upper Palalan, Lumbia will be discussed by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.

The Liberty Land Corporation, developer of the subdivision, will be donating the common facilities of Westgate to the city government pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 2016.

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) has already issued the Certificate of Completion upon noting that the subdivision project appears to be completed based on the approved subdivision plan submitted by the developer.

The City Engineer’s Office and the City Planning and Development Office endorsed the turnover on condition the developer will first rectify all noted deficiencies and desilt the drainage system.

Meanwhile, the committee will likewise review the application of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation to turnover the roads, open spaces, and common areas of Pueblo Golf Estates.
