Go backs newly inducted Upper Gusa senior citizens leaders

Councilor Gilda O. Go recently attended the Induction of Officers of the Upper Gusa Senior Citizens Chapter for the 2026–2029 term, with Mayor Rolando A. Uy as inducting officer.

As chairperson of the committee on senior citizens, Go reaffirmed her steadfast support for the elderly sector, emphasizing that the leadership, wisdom, and continued service of senior citizens remain invaluable in fostering community development and social cohesion.

The induction ceremony highlighted the commitment of both local leaders and senior citizens to strengthen programs and initiatives that promote the welfare, active participation, and empowerment of older persons.
