Cabanlas, Goking conduct site inspection of subdivision property for turnover

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate, together with Councilor George Goking conducted an ocular inspection of a subdivision property in Barangay Carmen.

The inspection is in response to the Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation’s intention to formally donate to the city government the road lots, open spaces, and common areas of its Bamboo Lane Subdivision.

During the visit, Councilor Cabanlas reviewed the subdivision plan, including the accessibility, safety features of the road, and public spaces. The purpose of the inspection is to verify whether the subdivision developer has met all necessary standards and requirements for transfer of management to the city.

Joining the ocular inspection were representatives from the City Engineer’s Office, City Administrator’s Office, and the developer of the subdivision. (Text and photo by JBD/SP)
