Cabanlas comm to inspect proposed subd projects for PSDP application

THE City Council committee on subdivision, housing development and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas is set to conduct an ocular inspection of two proposed subdivision projects in Barangay Lumbia.

The inspection is in relation to the request for approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) applied for by Liberty Land Corporation for its Northville 2 project, and the Keilana Resource & Development Corporation’s  Keilana Heights Subdivision.

During the recent meeting, the committee agreed to inspect the subdivisions to thoroughly assess the proposed sites to ensure that all development standards, specifically the drainage system, are properly addressed.

The Northville 2 covers an area of 8,985 square meters, containing 114 lots, while the Kielana Heights has an area of 80,442 square meters with 38,443 lots.

The committee has invited the representatives from the City Engineers Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), and City Legal Office to join the inspection. (JBD/SP)
