Acenas cmte OKs downgrading  of lots at Forever Homes

THE application of ProHomes Development Inc. for alteration for downgrading of lots at the Forever Homes Subdivision Project in Barangay Lumbia was favorably endorsed by the City Council committee on subdivision landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr. to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya for appropriate action.

ProHomes Development Inc., developer of the subdivision, applied for the downgrading of 218 lots from economic to socialized housing.

Based on the documents submitted to the committee, the original lot sizes will be maintained and only the unit price per lot will decrease.

The application was endorsed by the City Housing Board and City Planning and Development Office for approval.

It may be recalled that the 18th City Council headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted Ordinance No. 13416-2018, approving the application of the developer for the alteration of its subdivision project.

The alterations include the change of project name from “Carmenville Subdivision” to “Forever Homes” and the change of name of developer from “BDNME Builders Corporation” to “ProHomes Development, Incorporated.” (JBD)
