Budget of Macasandig up for review

City Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy referred to the City Council committee on barangay affairs chaired by Councilor Yan Lam S. Lim for appropriate action the annual budget of Barangay Macasandig for 2022.

Out of its estimated income of P29,037,371, the barangay allocated P9,577,111 from its 20-percent development fund for the barangay-wide declogging of canals; construction of concrete stairs at the Ormillada Compound and the construction of drainage systems at Xavier Compound, Villarino/Talja Area, Tibasak Balangay Pangandoy, Bolanio Area, Block 1 Buena Oro, Zone 4 Balangay Pangandoy, Elena Homes and Sagun Area.

It shall also finance the rehabilitation of drainage systems at the Edrote Compound and health centers at Tibasak and Aluba, and the purchase of one Forward Dump Truck and Mini Dump Truck, The Gavel learned.
