​As a public servant, Konsehala Imee champions for the rights and welfare of women, the youth and the LGBTQIA+ community. In her first term she has lobbied and implemented worthwhile programs for women's livelihood as well as community-based sports.

She used to chair the committee on women and family relations as well as the committee on cooperatives. Currently serves as the vice chairperson of the committees on education, tourism, sister city relations, and also serves as a member of the committees on health, tourism, education, agriculture, and youth & sports.

Konsehala Imee was inspired to join public service because of her father, a multi-awarded public servant, no less than former Congressman, Governor of Misamis Oriental and who just recently concluded his 3-yr term as Mayor of Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno and her mother, Ms. Arlene Parado Pasion Moreno.

She is a family woman with three children and a businesswoman for over 20 years. Behind her sweet looks is a strong Kagayanon leader honed by the brand Serbisyong Moreno, Serbisyo Sigurado as she continues to carry the legacy of good governance started by her father.
