City Council accepts turnover of Villamar Subdivision in Iponan

THROUGH an ordinance, the 20th City Council headed by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, during its regular session, accepted the offer of the Villamar Subdivision Homeowner’s Association to turnover its amenities to the city government.

The homeowner’s association donated to the city government the open spaces, road lots, and drainage of Villamar Subdivision located in Barangay Iponan. The approval of the turnover was recommended by the City Housing Board and the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).

With this, the City Council has authorized City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign the Deed of Donation for the purpose. The Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules, both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, sponsored the ordinance.
