CDO Dads approve Brgy. Indahag AB for CY 2023

The 20th City Council, in its regular session yesterday presided over by Presiding Officer Pro tempore Councilor Romeo V. Calizo, adopted a resolution returning to the Barangay Council of Indahag its Ordinance covering its Annual Budget for CY 2023 with the information that the said ordinance is operative in its entirety.

From its estimated income of P19,881,192, Barangay Indahag has allocated P3,490,397 for the construction of multipurpose pavement with shed; road pathway; perimeter fence; and drainage (Taguanao). The said fund is also intended for the installation of street lighting system, and street signages; solid waste management project (purchase of motor vehicle); and rehabilitation of multipurpose building.

The rest of the appropriations are reserved for the payment of personal services; special purpose appropriation (5% Calamity Fund and 10% SK Fund); and maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE), The Gavel learned.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the Committee on Barangay Affairs chaired by Councilor Yan Lam S. Lim and on Laws and Rules chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
