Cabanlas leads inspection of subd project in Lumbia

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, today led the ocular inspection of a subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia.

This is in response to the application for Development Permit (DP) of Johndorf Ventures Corporation for its Tierra Nava Lumbia project.

The subdivision lot covers an area of74,657 square meters, containing 822 lots/units for economic housing project only under BP 220.

During the inspection, Councilor Cabanlas checked the drainage plan to ensure the drainage outfall in the area.

According to Engr. Eva Gales of the City Engineering Office, the drainage outfall of the area for development has a catchment area of 9,046,067 square meters/904 hectares, more or less.

The committee will discuss the application during its next meeting.
