Dahino acts on just payment of properties affected by road project

THE City Council committee on finance, budget and appropriations chaired by Councilor Edna M. Dahino yesterday discussed the request for the full payment of just compensation of lots affected by the proposed 20.00 meter-wide road at Macapagal Drive, Canitoan.

This includes a 1,034 square meter property in the amount of P1.2 million and a 644 sq. m. lot, amounting to P795,204. Funds will be taken from the city’s budget for land acquisition and expropriation.

The committee endorsed these to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for appropriate action. (JAO)
