SB 1 of Patag OKd

THE 18th City Council during its 60th regular session yesterday presided over by Councilor Zaldy Ocon adopted a resolution returning to the Barangay Council of Patag its Ordinance No. 02-002-2017, Series of 2017, covering its Supplemental Budget No. 1 for Calendar Year 2017 with an estimated income of P468,635 as against expenditures of the same amount.

Out of the said amount, P201,388 is intended for Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) while the barangay’s Development Fund is pegged at P57,580. Meanwhile, P37,439 is reserved for Sangguniang Kabataan activities pursuant to the 426(b) of RA 7160, The Power learned.

The barangay ordinance was reviewed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam S. Lim and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively. (JAO)
