Ways & Means

The Committee on Ways & Means shall study investigate and report on all matters and measures, including but not limited to the levy and collection of taxes, fees, charges for services rendered by the City or any of its department, branch or office; assessment or appraisal of real properties; donations, loans and other sources and forms of revenue.
