Public Order & Safety

The Committee on Public Order & Safety shall study, investigate and report on all matters and measures, including proposed ordinances or resolutions dealing on police matters, including but not limited to measures concerning the prevention of destruction or injury to limb, life and property and all other matters relating to the peace and order of the City, and those concerning fire and its prevention, jail matters such as but not limited to the welfare of inmates and all matters pertaining to Barangay Police. It shall likewise study and recommend measures designed to curb all forms of vandalism, vagrancy and drug abuse.
