Energy

The Committe on Energy studies, investigates and reports on all matters and measures, including but not limited to proposed ordinances or resolutions, and to which shall be referred all proposed legislation, messages, petitions, memorials, and other matters relating to gas, electric, coal production, distribution, and utilization; energy policy; energy regulation and conservation; energy research and development; hydroelectric power; oil and gas production and distribution; and solar energy systems. Such committee shall also study and review, on a comprehensive basis matters relating to energy and resources development, and report thereon from time to time.
