Under the MOA, the MO has committed to provide the City trainings on the use and maintenance of the AWS, repair or replace worn-out or non-functioning AWS unit as deemed necessary, and schedule regular visits to the AWS sites to ensure physical functionally and as part of monitoring activities, among others.

For its part, the City Government will provide the engineering and technical support in the installation of and security maintenance to the AWS unit which will be located inside the premises of City Hall, provide electric power and internet connectivity for data transmission and conduct regular weekly or biweekly physical inspection.

It will also bear the expenses for repairs or replacement of the AWS in case of damage or loss due to theft or sabotage. The legislation was certified urgent by City Mayor Uy.
