Goking calls for stronger security measures in Oro
COUNCILOR George Goking, chair of the City Council committee on trade and commerce, is calling on PNP personnel to be vigilant and to strengthen its security measures.
He said it is important to maintain police visibility and checkpoints and field roving patrols to secure the city and its residents.
Goking cited that big and petty crimes affect businesses and cause fear among customers and visitors.
He said he is hoping for a better peace and order situation especially during the Christmas season.
We need the cooperation of everybody to save our peace and order for our economic recovery due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he added.
