Subd cmte OKs alteration plan of Victor’s Subd
THE application for Alteration of Plan No. 2 of Victor’s Subdivision located at Sitio Puli in Barangay Carmen was favorably endorsed by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr. to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya for appropriate action.
Based on the technical evaluation of the City Engineering Office, the Davao Joyful Homes Realty Corporation, developer of the subdivision, applied for alteration due to the change of land use and transfer of area from parks and playground to community facilities with an area of 860 square meters.
The City Engineering Office and City Planning and Development Office endorsed the approval of the application with the condition that the developer shall submit the altered subdivision plan to Land Management Services of Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for verification and approval, among others.
Meanwhile, the committee likewise endorsed to the committee on laws and rules the request to authorize City Mayor Oscar Moreno to sign the Deed of Donation and Acceptance (DODA) to be entered into by and between the city government and the National Housing Authority (NHA).
This covers the developed property owned by the NHA identified as NHA-CDO Bayanihan Village, Phase 1-A located at Macapaya in Barangay Camaman-an, which contains an area of 15,210 square meters more or less.

This, after the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya noted that the barangay ordinance is in order and may be given force and effect.
Out of its supplemental budget of P889,458, P335,182 is allocated for its Maintenance and Other Operating Expenditures, P178,361 for the Sangguniang Kabataan and P110,415 for its 20-percent Development Fund.
