Alteration of subd project OKd

THROUGH an ordinance, the City Council headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the application of Rochedacer Ventures for alteration of plan of a portion of the Sunrise Bliss Subdivision project located in Barangay Lumbia.

This is to give way to changes in the alignment of the drainage system and its structure from the existing reinforced concrete pipe culvert to reinforced line drainage with cover to outfall, traversing some lots.

The alteration will affect 268 square meters of the 12,852 square-meter subdivision project.

The committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Dometilo Acenas, Jr. and Ian Mark Nacaya endorsed the ordinance.
