Public U cmte to look into water woes of Cugman folk

COUNCILOR Teodulfo E. Lao, chair of the City Council committee on public utilities, will convene the committee on Friday, March 16, 2:00 p.m. at the City Council Session Hall.

The committee will discuss the request of the Villa Flora Homeowner’s Association to solve the looming water crisis in the area.

Councilor Lao invited officials of the Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD), the association president, city engineer, among others to find solutions to the problem.

Also up for discussion is the result of the ocular inspection conducted by Cepalco and the Barangay Council of Balulang regarding the proposed adjustment of the electrical service connection to individual residences from the secondary line crossing the road junction in order to prevent possible disconnection due to trailer trucks passing the area.
