PALC of The Terraces Subd OKd

THE City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance approving the application of A. Brown Company for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of The Terraces at Xavier Estates Subdivision Project in Barangay Balulang.

The project contains 46 lots/units, with an area of 28,763 square meters.

The developer was required to provide a consolidated drainage lay-out plan, detention pond and comply with other requirements before its application for Development Permit.

The ordinance was endorsed by the committees on subdivision and on landed estate chaired by Councilors Dometilo Acenas, Jr. and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively.
