Ipresentar na karong adlawa sa Technical Working Group (TWG) ang sugyot balaodnon nga mag-regulate sa hazardous wastes dinhi sa dakbayan sa Cagayan de Oro.

Sa tigom sa komite sa panglawas ni konsehal Malou Gaane ug komite sa environment ni konsehal Zaldy Ocon karong alas 9 sa buntag dinha sa hawanan sa konseho, hisgutan ang sugyot ordinansa nga maglatid sa tukmang paglabay, paghipos, koleksyon ug pagbalhin sa mga hazardous ug toxic wastes.

Ang maong sugyot naglatid usab og multa ug silot ngadto sa mga masapong makalapas sa balaod.

Lakip sa mga establisamento nga covered sa maong sugyot mao ang mga hospitals; infirmaries; birthing homes; clinics nga naglakip sa medical o’ surgical, ambulatory, dialysis, health care centers ug dispensaries, alternative medicine, dental ug veterinary; laboratories ug research centers; drug manufacturers ug uban pang institusyon sama sa drug rehab centers, training centers sa mga embalmers, med-tech intern training centers, nursing homes, tunghaan sa radiologic technology, medical schools, nursing homes, dental school ug mortuary ug autopsy centers.
