Just payment to lot owner under study

THE City Council committee on finance, budget and appropriations chaired by Councilor Edna M. Dahino is set to discuss the resolution of the Local Finance Committee recommending favorable approval to appropriate the amount of P795,204 for the full payment of just compensation of a lot located at Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City.

Portions of the subject lot with a total area of 644 square meters were affected by the proposed 20.00 meter wide road of Macapagal Drive located at Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City. (JAO)
