Alteration plan of NHA-Lumbia subdivision project okayed

CAGAYAN de Oro City legislators headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy on Monday, January 22, approved the application of the National Housing Authority Regional Office 10 (NHA-10) for alteration of plan of a portion of NHA-Lumbia Heights Housing Project located at Sitio Pahiron in Barangay Lumbia.

In a letter to Mayor Oscar Moreno, NHA Regional Director Judy A. Fernandez said the revision of the subdivision plan is necessary to suit the actual field condition of the subdivision area.

He cited the rolling terrain that affects the positioning of residential blocks, the reduction of residential lots due to unbuildable areas, the 20-meter road right-of-way barangay road that traverses the project, the construction of two water impounding facilities, and increase in the width of the main road, among others.

The alteration plan was reviewed and favorably endorsed by the committees on subdivision and on ways and means chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas, Jr. and on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya.
