Dads OK supplemental budget of Camaman-an and Puntod
BARANGAY Councils of Camaman-an and Puntod will be able to implement their programs and projects lined up for this year.
This, as the 18th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved separate resolutions returning to the Barangay Councils of the two barangays their respective ordinances covering their Supplemental Budget No. 2 for calendar year 2017 upon learning that the ordinances are in order and may be given force and effect.
The Supplemental Budget No. 2 of Puntod has an estimated income of P368,220 as against expenditures of the same amount.
Of the amount, P130,000 will be used for trainings and scholarship programs, P75,000 for fuel, oil and lubricant expenses and other maintenance and operating expenses and programs, among others.
Meanwhile, the SB No. 2 of Barangay Camaman-an covers the amount of P158,547 which will be used for cultural and athletic expenses (P112,547), for other maintenance and operating expenses which is the MASAMASID (P9,000) and for the procurement of one unit of copier machine (P37,000).
The barangay ordinances were reviewed and endorsed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Nacaya. (JBD)
