SP OKs SB of 2 brygs

THE Barangay Councils of Lumbia and Barangay 36 will be able to implement more projects and programs.

The City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy adopted resolutions returning to the barangays their respective ordinances covering their supplemental budgets for implementation.

Supplemental Budget No 2 of Barangay 36 covers the amount of P242,540, as against expenditures of the same amount.

Meanwhile, the supplemental budget of Lumbia is pegged at P72,228.

The barangay budgets were reviewed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively, noting that the ordinances are in order and may be given force and effect.
